NTG is seeking a talented individual who will work closely with the functional project team, system integrator, technical team members, and key stakeholders, to maximize the business value derived from different IT projects. The person in this position will become an expert on the business needs, and will build effective working relationships across the different technical and non-technical teams within the enterprise.
• Ownership of the relationship with defined functional areas and associated business process
• Development of functional requirements/user stories
• Active participant in development sprint cycles
• Development of User Acceptance test plan, scripts, etc
• Coordination of User Acceptance testing
• Participation in identifying organizational change management communication and training needs
Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience as a business analyst with both agile methodologies
• Experience in summarizing and presenting complex topics to non-technical audiences
• Experience defining requirements, including prioritization, value realization and associated work effort sizing
• Effective personal communication with technical and management staff
Education / Experience:
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 2 or more years of progressive experience in Business Analysis of Systems or Business Process projects
